A Flexible cancellation ticket lets you cancel if you decide not to go, and choose between a refund or an exchange. It's available for selected events and costs an extra 10% of the ticket price, which isn't refundable.
In the app, to check if yours does:
- Open the Tickets section of the Fever app (App store/Google play) and select your ticket
- Select the cancellation option, that should appear in case you bought a flexible cancellation ticket
On the website, to check if yours does:
- Open Order support and click on/search for the ticket you want to modify
- Select the cancellation option, that should appear in case you bought a flexible cancellation ticket
If you choose a refund:
- You get the full ticket price back, minus the 10% flexible cancellation fee.
- Paid by card or PayPal: the money goes back to the same account. It can take 10 or more days to show on your statement.
- Paid with a voucher: you get a new voucher in the Vouchers section of the app. This is separate from your Fever Club points.
If you choose an exchange:
- You get a voucher for the value of your purchase as soon as you request it.
- Use it to book a new date or time for the same experience. It can't be used for a different experience.
Good to know: if you transfer a Flexible cancellation ticket to someone else, it can no longer be refunded.
