Each event sets its own rules. Some let latecomers in, while others, like Candlelight concerts, have strict arrival times and may not let you in once the event has started. Check the FAQs in the event description and your confirmation email for the arrival rules, and plan to arrive with time to spare.
If you miss your entry because you arrived late, your ticket can't be refunded or changed.
If bad weather or a strike stops you from getting there
- The event goes ahead: if an official weather alert or a transport strike or cancellation prevents you from attending, contact us before your event with your ticket ID, and we'll review your case. Delays to your train, flight or other transport don't count as a cancellation.
- The event is cancelled or changed: you don't need to do anything. We'll email you with your options. See My event was cancelled or changed.
