If you’ve purchased tickets through Fever’s website, but can’t see them in your account, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix! First, please check the email inbox (including the spam or junk folders) of all email accounts you may have used during the purchase. Tickets are always sent there immediately after checkout.
If you still don’t see them, the issue may be due to logging in with a different method than the one you used at checkout. Please try the following steps:
1. Go to the Fever App and log out of your current session if you are already logged in. You can download the app for Android or iOS.
2. Log in using the method you might have used at the time of purchase (e.g., Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or email address). If you're not sure which one you used, try each option — this often solves the issue right away.
3. Go to your Tickets section in the app, which you can find it at the bottom of the screen.
