Some experiences offer the option to change the date of your ticket. If this option is available, follow these steps:
- Select your ticket and click on Change your date and/or time.
- Choose the new date for your event.
Please note the following:
- Prices may vary depending on the selected day for the same event.
- You can add additional tickets for the new date during the change process
If you do not see the option to change the date and/or time of your ticket, please check the FAQs in the experience description to see if the change option is available and, if so, contact us. Remember to include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to take.
