Please follow these instructions thoroughly in order to apply your voucher to your purchase:
- Open the Fever app and log in using the account associated with the purchase. You can download the app for Android or iOS. If you'd prefer not to download the app, you can use your voucher through our website as well. Just make sure to log into it with the aforementioned account.
- Go to the experience you wish to buy, choose your date and time, then select the number of tickets and tap on "Get it".
- If the experience has vouchers enabled, on the next page you'll see the option "Apply voucher". Tap on it to go to your list of vouchers. Quick reminder: if you have a VIP voucher, you'll be able to use it even with events that don't accept vouchers.
- Select the voucher you wish to use (max. one per purchase) and tap on “Apply voucher” once more. This will apply a discount to the total amount.
- If you change your mind and prefer to use a different voucher, simply tap on "Clear" and the button will be restored to "Apply voucher". Choose a different one and the final price will be updated.
- Tap on “Pay now” and you’re done! You can find your new ticket(s) in the “Tickets” section of the app.
Please keep in mind that each voucher has its own specifications and expiration date, which you can check by tapping on it.
