Vouchers and gift cards are applied at checkout, before you pay. They can't be added after the purchase.
- Open the Fever app (App store/Google play) or website feverup.com and log in with the same method you used when you got the voucher (email, Google, Apple ID or Facebook). Otherwise it won't appear.
- Choose your experience, date, time and number of tickets, then tap Buy Now.
- Tap Apply voucher or gift card to see your vouchers.
- Select the voucher and tap Apply voucher. You can use one voucher per purchase. To use a different one, tap Clear and choose again.
- Have a code (voucher or gift card)? Tap Add voucher code and enter it.
- Check the discount in your total and tap Pay now. Your tickets will appear in the Tickets section.
Good to know:
- "Unavailable" voucher: it can't be used for that experience. Tap a voucher to see its conditions and expiry date.
- VIP vouchers can be used for any Fever experience.
- Gift cards can be used several times until the balance runs out. See How do Fever gift cards work?
Welcome voucher: invite a friend. Share your welcome code and you both get a discount:
- In the app, go to Profile > Invite a friend.
- Copy your code and share it. Your friends get a discount on their first purchase in the app.
- When a friend buys with your code, you get a new voucher in Profile > Vouchers. There's no limit on how many friends can use it.
