Fever Club is our loyalty program. You join automatically with your first purchase and earn points you can use as a discount on future tickets.
Levels: your level goes up with your purchases, and you keep it once you reach it.

Earning points:
- The points you earn depend on the experience, the ticket price and your level. The purchase summary shows how many points you'll earn before you pay.
- Not every experience earns points, and some earn a limited amount.
- Purchases paid through installment services such as Klarna don't earn points. We recommend using direct payment methods (debit/credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay).
Using points:
- Points can only be used in the Fever app (App store/Google play). At checkout, tap Points to apply the discount.
- How many points you can use depends on the experience. Select your date and tickets, then tap Points to see the discount.
- Check your balance at the top right of the app home screen, or on the website under your account > Fever Club feverup.com.
Points expire 1 year after your last purchase. Points can't be shared or moved between accounts. You can buy tickets with your points and then transfer them to a friend.
