You can buy tickets in the Fever app or on our website.
In the app (App store/Google play):
- Log in with your preferred method: email, Google, Apple ID or Facebook
- Open the experience you want and choose your date and time
- Select the number of tickets and tap Buy now
- If you have a voucher, gift card or Fever Club points, you can apply them now
- Choose your payment method and tap Pay now. Your tickets will appear in the Tickets section
On the website:
- Open feverup.com
- Click on the experience that you wish to attend.
- Go to the date selector and choose your date and time.
- Select the number of tickets you want to buy.
- Click on “Buy now” and you will proceed to the checkout screen - If you haven't already, now is the time to log in with your method of choice (email, Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID
- Select your preferred payment method and click on “Pay now”. A message will inform you that your purchase has been successful
- You will receive your tickets in a confirmation email. You can also access your tickets in the “Tickets” section of the app.
Check your total before you pay. The final confirmation screen shows a full breakdown: ticket price, number of tickets, any discount, and any processing fees added at the last step, with the reason for each. Prices can also vary by date and time. Review it carefully, as the amount shown is what will be charged.
After buying, read your ticket and confirmation email: some experiences need you to do something before you go.
