Payment declined:
If your payment was declined, please check that your credit card is not expired and that it has enough funds to carry out the transaction.
Should the issue persist, we suggest you use a different payment method or contact your bank directly, as your bank does not provide us any information about why your payment was declined in order to protect your security and privacy.
Double charge:
If you have made several attempts to purchase tickets, one of them might have caused the price of the ticket to be retained by your bank, even if the transaction did not go through. In this case, the withheld charge will be released in a matter of a few days. If after a few days it has not been released, please let us know.
