- In this case, your Fever tickets do not contain any QR code or barcode, the information required to verify and validate your ticket is the ID number.
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) at the venue. Ticket(s) can only be validated with the staff of the venue to access your event.
Please keep in mind that the "Validate" option will appear as unavailable (greyed out) until two hours before the experience starts, to prevent it from being validated ahead of time by mistake.

Bear in mind that, in order to access your tickets through the Fever app, you must log in using the exact same email address you used to purchase them.

PDF:
- In this case, your Fever tickets contain a PDF document that can be found either in the tickets’ section on your Fever app or attached to your purchase confirmation email.
Bear in mind that, in order to access your tickets through the Fever app, you must log in using the exact same email address you used to purchase them.
