How do I purchase a ticket?

1. Open the Fever app and log in with your method of choice (email, Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID).
2. Tap on the experience that you wish to attend.
3. Scroll down to the date selector and choose your date and time.
4. Select the number of tickets you want to buy.
5. Tap on “Buy now” and you will proceed to the checkout screen.
   • • If you have a voucher, you can apply it on the checkout screen (How to use vouchers?).
6. Select your preferred payment method and tap on “Pay now”. A message will inform you that your purchase has been successful.
7. Your tickets will appear in the “Tickets” section of the app.

Always check your new ticket and read the information in case there are additional steps you need to take before attending the experience.

     • Please note that vouchers can only be used in the Fever app.
6. Select your preferred payment method and click on “Pay now”. A message will inform you that your purchase has been successful.
7. You will receive your tickets in a confirmation email. You can also access your tickets in the “Tickets” section of the app.

Always read your confirmation email in case there are additional steps you need to take before attending the experience.
