The best way to know if a purchase has been completed is to check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app. You can also check your email to see if you have received our confirmation email (make sure to check your spam folder!). If you can see your ticket in the app, or if you find our confirmation email, the purchase was successful. If the ticket is still missing, and you have not received a confirmation email, it can be due to one of these reasons:
- You were logged in with a different account at the time of the purchase. Remember our login methods are email, Facebook, Gmail or Apple ID.
- The payment has not gone through, so the purchase has not been completed. Sometimes your bank might withhold the charge for a time period and then return it. If this is what happened, try using a different payment method.
