Once you arrive at the venue on the date and time of your experience, you'll be asked to show your ticket to a member of staff at the entrance.
You can access your ticket either:
- from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app.
- from your confirmation email.
Please keep in mind that some experiences will only admit tickets from the app; this will be specified in the confirmation email should it be the case for your selected experience.
Make sure to read all the details in your ticket carefully to ensure that you don't miss anything. Some experiences require further action before arriving, such as calling the venue to confirm the reservation.
